| Company Changes |
| VSI has made some organizational changes to better serve our customers in these tough times. The first major change is that VSI has reverted back to our parent company and is now Nitto Seiko America, operating as the North American branch of Nitto Seiko Co., Ltd.. The second major change is our sale of the Spinnomatic line of orbital riveters to ECI Spinnomatic (586-752-9100). ECI Spinnomatic is staffed with many of the familiar names and faces you know from VSI. We've worked with ECI for many years and will continue to fully support ECI with the Spinnomatic line. The third major change is that we've spun-off our spare parts department into TSI Automation Parts (248-307-9305). All the employees of TSI were employees of VSI and you will get the same exceptional customer service that you are used to. The changes will allow Nitto Seiko America to focus on our screw driving business, faster sales and service response times and overall custmer service.
