Facing a unique challenge, VSI designed a 14-spindle bolt driving machine to face the demands of high volume pump manufacturing. Not only does this machine drive 32 bolts in 24s, by using our multi-spindle synchronization, we eliminated the need to use a torque pattern to ensure a proper seal. And by utilizing both horizontal and vertical drivers, we use a single machine to drive all bolts in a single cycle. As clearly demonstrated in this machine, VSI's unique abilities allows us to save the customer money by decreasing cycle time, eliminating redundant machines and allowing for single person operation.
