NITTO SEIKO processed its first batch of Phillips-head screws in 1956. Now, as Japan's largest
manufacturer of industrial fasteners, we turn out 1.8 billion industrial fasteners per month in
approximately 30,000 variations. We also produce a variety of bits, screw manufacturing tools,
and measuring/testing equipment.
Every industry is facing a surge of technological innovations that aim at manufacturing lighter,
thinner, shorter and smaller products with higher quality. This calls for a marked change in
the production of industrial fasteners as well.
By integrating years of experience with state-of-the-art industrial technology, NITTO SEIKO’s
Fastener Divisions has brought to the market numerous quality products. They include precision
screws, special cold forging components that drastically streamline production, and dental screws,
as well as aircraft screw parts, all of which open up new horizons in their respective fields.
Thus research and development of the next generation of products is an integral part of the division’s
activities. All NITTO SEIKO products are manufactured under a strict quality control system so that
they will always be user friendly. Furthermore, NITTO SEIKO experts are continually involved in value
analysis work for customers to help them achieve a cost economy and improve quality.
